Nick was wonderful. He explained everything and my car was done in a reasonable amount of time. I was satisfied with having an appointment and when the car was actually finished and ready for pick up. I loved the video of my car and of the mechanic who took care of my car. It was also a great touch to hear them say thank you for choosing Richard Lucas Subaru. Thank you to Nick, the mechanics and rest of the staff. You are the best.

Karan was a fantastic sales person. He had complete knowledge about the car and was able to explain in detail about all and any questions regarding the car. The team was very active to help me decide get the documents ready and drive my new Subaru Forester Touring hybrid. Already love driving this car around. If you're looking for a new/used car, this is where you want to go. Expect to spend a few hours with your sales rep because they really take their time with you. They make sure you get exactly what you're looking for. I am very needy and picky when it comes to my cars and let me tell you, they did not disappoint at all. They work with you on every detail. Everything is explained to you so you know what you're working with. You never feel rushed even when they are so busy packed with customers waiting. To sum it all up, my experience was so good that I came home on Friday night with my New Subaru, and the very next day my mother was so impressed that she came home with one, too! Come to this location and you will leave with a beautiful new car that fits all your needs and a huge smile on your face. The guys here are the best! a cute little bonus...... they love pets so they have treats for you to bring home to your pups. I brought 2 home for my girl and she loved them!

These guys are great! Came in one day hoping to look around for a used car and was very impressed by how friendly and helpful everyone was. The gentleman who was helping us out was very sweet, patient and informative and made sure we left with a car we were definitely happy with. This was my first time looking for a car, and while I wasn’t looking for anything fancy he really helped me find something I’ve been more than happy to drive around with. Very lovely gentleman and very appreciative of the help he gave us. I reccomend anyone looking to find a car to give this place a try, because you might just find what you’re looking for! I found the Richard Lucas Subaru through my search on CARFAX. I was really hesitant about it at first, because buying a car, especially from an unknown dealership for me can be stressful. However, buying my car from this dealership was really the BEST experience for both my husband and me! From the time I submitted my information through CARFAX, to the time we drive our car home, EVERYONE at this dealership was professional, friendly and patient throughout the process. They took so much personal time and attention for us, and never made us feel rushed or pressured to buy the car. When we drove home with our car we were excited not only for buying our car, but equally excited for how well we were treated. My wife and I traveled to different dealerships looking for a decently priced, and reliable used vehicle, and we're so happy we came across Richard Lucas Subaru. Cameron was awesome and helped us every step of the way. From the moment we stepped in the door, to the second we left, he answered all of our questions and was very easy to talk to. We found our car and went through the financing process with ease. After we were all done Bob took the time to walk my wife and I through every nook and cranny of our new vehicle.
